Before joining a live class, please ensure you have a stable internet or telephone connection. If you plan to attend using Zoom, download and install the Zoom app by visiting the Zoom Download Center.

We recommend choosing a quiet, private space where you can remain uninterrupted for the duration of the class. Create a comfortable and supportive environment for yourself, including a chair that allows your body to relax during lectures and guided meditations. If possible, let others in your home know you will be unavailable for a few hours to minimize distractions.

You can connect to Zoom using the Zoom app by following these steps:

• Visit the Zoom Download Center and install the software best suited to your device
• Click the Join Zoom Classroom button provided above
• If the Zoom app is already installed, it will launch automatically
• You will enter the Zoom waiting room and be admitted into the class when the teacher arrives

If you prefer to join by phone, follow these steps:

• Dial one of the local phone numbers provided above
• Enter the meeting ID when prompted, followed by the pound (#) key
• You will be connected to the class using telephone audio once the teacher arrives

• In the Zoom app, click the microphone icon to mute or unmute
• On a telephone, press *6 to mute or unmute your audio

Teachers will share their video during class; however, student video participation is entirely optional but highly encouraged. You may choose to enable or disable your camera based on your comfort level.

If you choose to use your video:

• Click the camera icon in the Zoom app to start or stop your video feed

• In the Zoom app, click End Meeting or close the app
• On a telephone, simply hang up to exit the call

Yes. Students may attend classes through recordings. While we value the dynamic energy of live classes, we understand that schedules, time zones, and health considerations can make live attendance difficult. This is not a problem at The Psychic School. You will not miss a class due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or geographic location.

Students who are unable to attend live classes are required to enroll in Recorded Class Attendance by emailing info@psychicschool.com before the course begins.

Recorded Class Attendance requires students to submit a Completed Class Form after listening to each class recording. Found below, this form allows teachers to track your progress as you complete class recordings and to provide guidance and support for students who are not attending live Zoom sessions.

Yes. All live classes are recorded in both video and MP3 audio formats. Streaming video and MP3 download links are typically posted within 24 hours after each live class. These recordings are available for your independent study and personal use, whether or not you attended the class live and regardless of enrollment in Recorded Class Attendance.

Preparing for a recorded class is the same as preparing for a live class. Begin by creating a sanctuary for yourself. Choose a quiet room where you can be alone and uninterrupted for the duration of the class. Set up a comfortable chair so your body can remain relaxed and at ease during the lectures and guided meditations. To minimize distractions, let others in your home know that you will be unavailable for a few hours while you participate in class.

When listening to a class recording for the first time, we recommend that you play the class from start to finish in one uninterrupted sitting. You will gain the most benefit by fully participating in the class without stopping or taking breaks.

Once you have completed the recording, please submit the Completed Class Form so our teachers can follow up with you, track your progress, and offer guidance as needed.

Yes. Students are welcome to review any class they have already completed. You may listen to the full class from start to finish or revisit specific lectures or meditations as needed.

If you attended the class live or have already submitted a Completed Class Form for that class, submitting the form again is not required.

PDF handouts contain written descriptions of the psychic tools taught in our courses, along with step-by-step instructions for how they are used. Applicable handouts are posted in your online classroom either before the course begins and/or as classes conclude. You are welcome to download and review these handouts at any time for your personal study.

MP3 audio recordings from live classes and applicable PDF handouts are available for download to your computer or smartphone. Video recordings are provided for streaming access only and are available exclusively through your online classroom.

We use Dropbox to share downloadable MP3 audio recordings and PDF handouts. Creating a free Dropbox account is optional but recommended, as it allows you to save files with a single click and access them across multiple devices. Once saved to Dropbox, your files can be accessed anytime from your connected devices.

You may also download MP3s and PDFs directly to your computer without a Dropbox account. Downloaded files can be accessed both online and offline, and is especially helpful if you wish to add MP3s to media players such as iTunes or other audio apps. These players can automatically organize recordings into albums based on each Psychic School course.

Yes. While we would love to offer lifetime access, limitations related to storage and bandwidth make this impractical. We encourage students to watch class video streams and download all MP3 recordings and PDF handouts in a timely manner.

Online classrooms are typically maintained for up to three (3) years following the conclusion of the course, after which access is retired and removed from our servers. Access to the website, online classrooms, and course materials may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time in accordance with our Terms of Use and Sales Policy.

Students are responsible for downloading and securely storing any materials they wish to retain.
