This workshop is actually a meditation that emphasizes the goodness of Santa – his great work in listening to and rewarding those who ask him to fulfill their lives in some marvelous way. We brought our “Santa list” to him, made our requests and thanked him. We learned that we can do it all the time; not just at Christmastime. Keeping it simple, we meditate, getting into 6th, finding our space and then bringing in Santa. A perfect way to bring Christmas into our lives!
