We are delighted to welcome you to this transformative program where you will deepen your clairvoyant abilities and explore the intuitive dimensions of your spiritual beingness. This journey is not only about learning techniques but also about uncovering the wisdom already within you.

About This Questionnaire

This form is designed to prepare both you and your teacher for your upcoming Clairvoyant Program Orientation Appointment. Your responses will help us understand your goals, intentions, and the unique energies you bring to this journey. By reflecting deeply and answering with honesty and intuition, you allow us to guide you in the most aligned and supportive way possible.

Before You Begin: Find Your Space

We invite you to take 30 minutes to meditate, to ground and run your energy before filling out this form. Close your eyes, find the center of your head, and put up a separation rose. From the sixth chakra, you can fill out this form from a space of intuitive insight. This form includes questions that encourage you to use your clairvoyance to gain clarity on your goals and intentions.

Confidentiality and Sacred Trust

Your answers are held in sacred confidence and will be shared only with your teacher. This ensures that we can tailor the program to meet your individual needs and provide you with the best possible learning experience. We encourage you to share from a place of openness, knowing that your insights and visions will be received with care and respect.

Meditation Instructions

See the Program as a Rose: Close your eyes and visualize the program as a rose. Notice the color, size, and energy of this rose. Does it look vibrant, nurturing, or filled with potential?
See Yourself as a Rose: Next, visualize yourself as a rose. Observe your rose’s unique qualities. What colors, shapes, and energies arise as you see yourself in this form?
Merge the Roses: Gently place the rose that represents you into the rose that symbolizes the program. Watch how the energy of both roses interacts. Do the colors shift? Does the rose expand or transform? Pay attention to what emerges.

Program Requirements

Your understanding of the program requirements is an important and empowering step in your spiritual journey. Each element of The Clairvoyant Training Program works together to support your growth, deepen your awareness, and strengthen your intuitive abilities. These commitments are not just expectations—they are opportunities to stay focused, aligned, and fully engaged in your development.

Your teacher will review all of these requirements with you during your Clairvoyant Program Orientation Appointment, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions and get clear on what to expect. We encourage you to approach this journey with openness, dedication, and excitement for what lies ahead.

I will meditate for at least thirty minutes every day.

Student’s Commitment to Self and the Staff

As a student in The Clairvoyant Training Program, I agree to be on time for classes, appointments, and readings. I will allow myself to ask questions, to learn, to make mistakes without punishing myself, to grow, and to change. I agree to take reasonable care of my body, the temple of my soul, by getting adequate rest, relaxation, healthy nutrition, and, if possible, appropriate physical activity.

I will not make any drastic, major changes in my life during the program without first discussing the options with my teachers. I agree to refrain from harmful substances like illegal drugs, abuse of prescription medications, or excessive alcohol. I will allow other students their space to grow and make mistakes without punishment, judgment, or competition. I will maintain my own psychic manners by not throwing energy, while developing a greater awareness of my own space and energy.

I commit to my personal, intuitive and spiritual growth. I agree to the requirements set for The Clairvoyant Training Program. I will diligently practice my assignments and use my tools outside of class for my own benefit. I will ground and run my energy everyday for at least 30 minutes.

I realize I am joining a spiritual training program that lasts one year. I realize that much of my learning will happen on the astral, telepathically, and by the energy set for me as a student. I am in enthusiasm to clear energy, grow spiritually, have an adventure, and stay in communication with the staff.
