Welcome to The Psychic School Staff

Congratulations. You have been invited to join the staff of The Psychic School, and we are excited to welcome you.

Completing teachers training is a real accomplishment, and being invited to teach is a big step forward. It means the directors see in you the clarity, the steadiness, and the heart to hold space for other students the way your teachers held space for you. You are stepping from student into Staff Teacher, and that is a genuine shift in who you are within the school.

As a Staff Teacher you do more than pass on technique. You help students free their body, mind, and spirit, and in teaching them you deepen your own abilities in ways that only teaching can create. The growth you make possible for others becomes growth in yourself. That is the gift of this space, and we are glad you are here to receive it.

This questionnaire begins your onboarding. It helps us welcome you properly, understand your goals as a teacher, gather the information we need for your staff records, and collect the biography and headshot that will introduce you to the world on our website. Please take your time with it.

About This Onboarding

This form collects your acknowledgments and your staff materials, and it helps prepare you for your onboarding appointment with the directors. It is not your contract. Your Contractor Agreement and your Image and Media Release are separate documents that you will sign through DocuSign. Please read the requirements section here carefully, because by acknowledging it you are confirming you understand what teaching on staff asks of you.

Before You Begin: Find Your Space

Take 30 minutes to meditate, to ground and run your energy before filling out this form. Close your eyes, find the center of your head, and put up a separation rose. From your crown chakra, you can fill out this form from your knowingness. Allow yourself to step into the staff space of the school. Notice what it feels like to stand there not as a student but as a teacher. From that grounded place, within your seventh chakra, let yourself hold both leadership and service at once and answer from there.

Confidentiality and Sacred Trust

Everything you share here is held in confidence and is seen only by the directors and staff of The Psychic School, for the purposes of your onboarding and your care as a member of staff.

Statement of Intent

This is the heart of your onboarding. In your own words, tell us why you are stepping into staff and what you intend to bring to it. Speak to your commitment to your students, to the school, and to your own path as a teacher.

Please write a short statement of intent, 150 to 200 words, as to why you want to become a Staff Teacher.

As you step into staff, take a reading on the space you are entering, and on yourself entering it.

Meditation Instructions

See the Staff Space as a Rose: Create a rose out in front of you and let it become the staff space of The Psychic School, the whole of it at a teaching level. Notice its color, its shape, how open it is. Take your time and simply observe.
See Yourself as a Rose: Next, visualize yourself as a rose. Observe your rose’s unique qualities. Notice what colors, shapes, and energies arise as you see yourself in this form.
Merge the Roses: Gently place the rose that represents you into the rose that symbolizes the staff space. Watch how the energy of both roses interacts, how the colors shift, and how the roses transform. Pay attention to what emerges.

Staff Biography and Media

Your biography and headshot introduce you to the world on our website. We need three things: a short bio, a long bio, and a headshot. All three are due within thirty days and are required to complete your onboarding. Until we receive them, you cannot step into the staff space, the staff meetings, or classes. Please give this your care. It is how future students will first meet you.

Short Bio
Write two short paragraphs, 460 characters total including spaces. In the first paragraph, say who you are and what you teach and offer. In the second, say something about your approach and what students gain from working with you. Examples can be found here.

Long Bio
Write your long bio in the same shape as the school's published bios. Use the structure below. Aim for four paragraphs plus your Education and Training list, similar in length to the full teacher bio found here.

Anchor your experience to the year you began rather than a number of years (write "trained as a clairvoyant since 2015," not "over ten years of experience").

Paragraph 1: Who you are: your name, that you are a clairvoyant teacher at The Psychic School, what you teach and offer, and the year you began your training.

Paragraph 2: Your story: how you discovered your abilities, your path, what you are passionate about, and who you love to help.

Paragraph 3: Your training: where you trained with the years, the programs you completed, and any notable work or practice.

Paragraph 4: Closing: a short summary of your experience and how it is grounded in your training, that you work with students and clients worldwide through Zoom, your approach, and a warm closing line.

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of yourself from the shoulders up. Face the camera. A plain or white background works best. Keep the top of your head, both sides, and your shoulders inside the frame with a little room around them, so nothing important is cut off at the edges. If a bit more than head and shoulders shows, that is fine, we can crop. If your background is simple, we can remove it for you.

As a Staff Teacher at The Psychic School, I agree to be on time for classes, meetings, appointments, and readings. I will allow myself to ask questions, to learn, to make mistakes without punishing myself, to grow, and to change. I agree to take reasonable care of my body, the temple of my soul, by getting adequate rest, relaxation, healthy nutrition, and, if possible, appropriate physical activity.

I will not make any drastic, major changes in my life during my time on staff without first discussing the options with the directors. I agree to refrain from harmful substances like illegal drugs, abuse of prescription medications, or excessive alcohol. I will allow my students and fellow teachers their space to grow and make mistakes without punishment, judgment, or competition. I will maintain my own psychic manners by not throwing energy, while holding a clear awareness of my own space and energy.

I commit to my personal, intuitive, and spiritual growth, and to the growth of the students in my care. I agree to the requirements set for staff at The Psychic School. I will diligently prepare my classes, practice my assignments, and use my tools outside of class for my own benefit and for my students. I will ground and run my energy every day for at least 30 minutes.

I realize I am making a commitment to teach on staff for at least one year. I realize that much of my teaching will happen on the astral, telepathically, and through the energy I set for my students. I am in enthusiasm to clear energy, grow spiritually, serve my students, have an adventure, and stay in communication with the staff.
