These Terms and Conditions apply to all Clients and others who access our Website and/or Services, including without limitation Clients who are browsers, vendors, customers, students, merchants, and/or contributors of content (“Clients”).

       This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

•   If we provide desktop, mobile or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

No right, title or interest in or to the Website or any content on the Website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Website not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Recording and Retention

       You agree that you will not use any audio recording or retention devices or technology in connection with Services, and you will not otherwise make any recordings, copies, scans, or transcriptions of Services without the prior written consent of The Psychic School. you acknowledge and agree that The Psychic School may record Service by telephone and online. Although The Psychic School may provide you with access to recordings of your Services, you acknowledge and agree that, at any time in its discretion, The Psychic School may delete such recordings, and/or terminate your access to such recordings. Classes, workshops, and services in which you attended or taught may be sold as MP3 downloads without any financial compensation to you. Corrupted or lost recordings of classes by The Psychic School will be replaced with copies from previous classes for Clients at our discretion. Recordings from reading Services are a complimentary addition to the paid service and corrupted or lost recordings by The Psychic School will not constitute a refund.

Use License

       The Psychic School provides MP3 recordings, PDF materials, and additional content (“Materials”) associated with various classes, readings, and other Services. We hereby grant you as a Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these Materials, for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with particular Services. Permission is granted to download one copy of Materials for personal usage only. All other uses are expressly prohibited absent our express written consent. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

•   Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, or broadcast the Service Materials

•   Share, lend, sell, rent, or license the Service Materials

•   Modify, adapt, or edit the Service Materials

•   Decompile, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer the Service Materials

•   Use the Service Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non- commercial)

•   Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Service Materials

•   Transfer the Service Materials to another person

•   Mirror the Service Materials on any other server

       Service Materials are licensed, and not sold, to you. Staff may not grant you license rights to Service Materials you access or acquire through the Services and any such direct license shall be null and void and a violation of these Terms.

       This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

       Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to revoke this license to access and use Service Materials granted to you as described above at any time.

       All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are retained by The Psychic School and these Terms do not grant any implied licenses.

       The Company name, the terms, the Company logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are or may become trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.`

       You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

       We provide access to private Facebook groups that supports the development of Clients who are learning in classes, workshops, and other Services We provide. We add people to the groups with their consent by request and provide the Client with a basic set of guidelines to adhere to within the groups setting.

       We do reserve the right to refuse You entry into the groups setting and remove You from the groups permanently if we feel the need to, and does not require Us to provide an instant answer.

       You do however have the right to an answer and this can be questioned using Our contact page. Please present Your case so we can then investigate and provide You with a final suitable answer.

       These groups are run and organized in good faith by The Psychic School, but we are not obligated to use them. Additionally, admins are not in control of any separate data, although may have access and share friendly advice to You. It is advised to not add Facebook admins which are not employed to Your circles. Please do not pass on any personal data to other Clients or Staff via Facebook. Clients are prohibited from accessing any private data.
