Recording and Retention

       You agree that you will not use any audio recording or retention devices or technology in connection with Services, and you will not otherwise make any recordings, copies, scans, or transcriptions of Services without the prior written consent of The Psychic School. you acknowledge and agree that The Psychic School may record Service by telephone and online. Although The Psychic School may provide you with access to recordings of your Services, you acknowledge and agree that, at any time in its discretion, The Psychic School may delete such recordings, and/or terminate your access to such recordings. Classes, workshops, and services in which you attended or taught may be sold as MP3 downloads without any financial compensation to you. Corrupted or lost recordings of classes by The Psychic School will be replaced with copies from previous classes for Clients at our discretion. Recordings from reading Services are a complimentary addition to the paid service and corrupted or lost recordings by The Psychic School will not constitute a refund.

Use License

       The Psychic School provides MP3 recordings, PDF materials, and additional content (“Materials”) associated with various classes, readings, and other Services. We hereby grant you as a Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these Materials, for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with particular Services. Permission is granted to download one copy of Materials for personal usage only. All other uses are expressly prohibited absent our express written consent. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

•   Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, or broadcast the Service Materials

•   Share, lend, sell, rent, or license the Service Materials

•   Modify, adapt, or edit the Service Materials

We add people to the groups with their consent by request and provide the Client with a basic set of guidelines to adhere to within the groups setting.

       We do reserve the right to refuse You entry into the groups setting and remove You from the groups permanently if we feel the need to, and does not require Us to provide an instant answer.

       You do however have the right to an answer and this can be questioned using Our contact page. Please present Your case so we can then investigate and provide You with a final suitable answer.

       These groups are run and organized in good faith by The Psychic School, but we are not obligated to use them. Additionally, admins are not in control of any separate data, although may have access and share friendly advice to You. It is advised to not add Facebook admins which are not employed to Your circles. Please do not pass on any personal data to other Clients or Staff via Facebook. Clients are prohibited from accessing any private data.

3.   Prices and Payment Terms.

(a)   All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. 4.   Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.

(a)   We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

(b)   Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

5.   Services. Participants are advised to book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment.

(a)   To reserve a place in a Service, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

(b)   In the event that The Psychic School has to cancel a Service, all fees will be refunded in full.

(c)   Some Services run with a minimum number of participants, if this minimum number is not reached The Psychic School reserves the right to cancel and all fees will be refunded in full.

(d)   Refunds cannot be given once Service has started.

(e)   The Psychic School reserves the right to alter the structure or content, defer, reschedule, or change the teachers of any Service if circumstances demand.

(f)   The Psychic School reserves the right to preclude a Client from joining a Service that they have enrolled for, if the Client has missed three Services in succession without notice.

(g)   The Psychic School reserves the right to ask a Client to leave a Service and rescind membership at its discretion.

(h)   The Psychic School reserves the right to refuse admittance to any Client intending to commence a Service if We feel that it would not be in the best interest of the Client or other participants.

(i)   Registration for our Clairvoyant Training Program and Clairvoyant Teachers Program require a nonrefundable last month deposit to sign up and a first month payment due by the start date of the program to begin, monthly payments will be due on the same date each and every month.

(j)   If Your payment method fails or your account is past due, then We may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. We may also block your access to any Services pending resolution of any amounts due by you to The Psychic School.

(k)   You are solely responsible for all service, telephone, data charges and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services, as well as for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment required for such access and use.

(l)   We require that all Clients who attend our live Services, in including classes, workshops, practice readings, and healing clinics call in on time. On time means within 5 minutes of the start time of the Services. Individuals who call in after 15 minutes will not be admitted to live Services, including classes, workshops, practice readings, and healing clinics and will have to attend through their MP3 recordings. Clients calling in after 15 minutes of the start of a practice reading also will not be admitted and must make up their practice reading on another day.

(m)   Clients scheduled for a reading, healing and/or energy check Service are required to call in on time. On time means within 5 minutes of the start of the appointment. Clients who call in 15 minutes or later will be considered no shows and will forfeit their appointment without refund or rescheduling.

6.   Returns and Refunds. Services at The Psychic School can be divided into several categories, each with their own unique refund policies:

(a)   Live Classes, Workshops, Programs

(i)   Full refund – up to 3 days after purchase but before 2 days before the class begins

(ii)   75% refund – up to 2 days before class begins

(iii)   No refund – less than 2 days before class begins

(b)   Reading and healing consultations

(i)   Full refund – up to 3 days after purchase but before 2 days before the consultation begins

(ii)   75% refund – up to 2 days before scheduled appointment

(iii)   No refund – less than 2 days before scheduled appointment

       The Psychic School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Service due to an emergency, illness, or other reason. If a class or workshop is completely cancelled by The Psychic School, you will receive a refund.

       If you do not make it to your live classes, listen to your MP3s or schedule associated energy checks, readings and/or healing appointments by their deadlines, you will forfeit the Service and need to pay for a new Service if you still wish to schedule.

       No-shows for live classes, energy checks, readings, and healing appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled and may be refused future Service.

(c)   Recorded MP3 Classes and Workshops are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once purchased, MP3 recordings are immediately available to the Client for download and cannot be refunded.

       For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty (see Section 6) included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.

7.   Manufacturer's Warranty and Disclaimers. We do not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered on our Site. The availability of products or services through our Site does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product, service or manufacturer. Accordingly, we do not provide any warranties with respect to the products or services offered on our Site. However, the products and services offered on our Site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the product's description on our Site and included with the product. 12.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Site is operated from the US. All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Nevada.

13.  Assignment. You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section 13 is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

14.  No Waivers. The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of The Psychic School.

15.  No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

16.  Notices.

(a)   To You. We may provide any notice to you under these Terms by: (i) sending a message to the email address you provide or (ii) by posting to the Site. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email and notices we provide by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.

(b)   To Us. To give us notice under these Terms, you must contact us as follows: (i) by email to info@psychicschool.com; or (ii) by personal delivery, overnight courier, or registered or certified mail to 3172 North Rainbow Boulevard #1112, Las Vegas, NV 89108, United States. We may update the facsimile number or address for notices to us by posting a notice on the Site. Notices provided by personal delivery will be effective immediately. Notices provided by facsimile transmission or overnight courier will be effective one business day after they are sent. Notices provided by registered or certified mail will be effective three business days after they are sent.

17.  Severability. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

18.  Entire Agreement. These Terms, the license agreement relating to any product or service you obtain on or through this Site, our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.
