While you can’t control your age, you can affect the process of aging either positively through embracement or negatively through resistance. Aging gracefully isn’t just about trying to look younger—it’s about living your best life and having the physical and mental health to enjoy it. It is even possible to grow stronger and healther as one ages. Aging is inevitable, but how you age is under your control.
Aging Gracefully is the seventh installment in our ten part Body Wellness Series Workshops. This two-hour class starts with an opening meditation so you can look at the aging process clairvoyantly. We will explore the effect of resistance on the aging process and create a clairvoyant way of embracing and enjoying the process. Our goal is to release the judgments and programming that would have us become feeble with age and direct our future selves towards growing more agile, fit, and joyful the older we get.
