Healthy Choices is the tenth and final installment in our Body Wellness Series Workshops. This two-hour class will explore the decision making process within the mind and mental body and establish new healthy patterns and routines for daily life. After entering into a clairvoyant trance, we will clean out the analyzer and “blow the pictures” through which unhealthy choices are made. We will expand our awareness of how our thoughts form mental image pictures that quickly become our everyday reality so that we can gain control over this process and use it to our advantage. By redirecting our mental thought process, we can make making healthy choices and developing healthy patterns fun and easy.
