Body transformation and healing begins with love. There is always something one wishes they could change about their body. Whether it be attaining greater health, losing weight, having more energy, gaining strength, or being more attractive. For many, these desires can create dislike for one’s own body, even hatred and disdain for the body one currently has. Our body is very sensitive to these views and the resulting treatment we direct towards it. Punishing our own body for not being “good enough” will only create dis-ease and amplify those issues. The first step in creating wellness is to accept and love our body as it is. Transformation and psychical changes can then come with ease.
Loving Your Body is the first installment in our ten part Body Wellness Series Workshops. This two-hour class will open with a clairvoyant meditation where you will release the judgements and resentments about your body that has built up over the years. You will learn several psychic tools that will allow you to direct your inner love into various parts of your body, especially the areas you dislike the most. Love is a powerful healing energy, a frequency of acceptance, and can heal the body, create health and wellness, and lead to physical transformation. Acceptance isn’t about living with an unhealthy body, it’s about loving yourself enough to allow for transformation, change, and healing.

If you have a body :), you will be grateful to give yourself the gift to do this workshop. For me, this came at the perfect time and I feel much happier in and with my body since.

I’m currently working on healing my physical body health and self image. This workshop was point on, learn to love and respect the body first, before doing the physical work like going to the gym or diet. And I know first hand that diets and gym memberships don’t heal the experience. You can lose all the weight and gain strength, but if you don’t love your body and self, this work won’t last. Feeling the comfort and love for my body as it is. Actually, feeling grateful for my body and treating it like a dear friend. Beautiful workshop!
