With exercise, our bodies regulate hormone activity, detoxify and respire while promoting chemical changes in the body and stimulating neural pathways; all of which increases your healing capacity and boosts your immunity.
Movement and Exercise is the fifth installment in our ten part Body Wellness Series Workshops. This two-hour class begins with an opening meditation to bring you into a psychic state of perception. From there you will read and heal your exercise space, letting go of old patterns and bringing in new information, permission, and havingness. In addition, you will learn how to integrate your psychic tools into your daily exercise routine and make fitness easy and simple. Exercise does not need to be a chore and this workshop will help you create a fun and validating routine.
