The space of play is vast and full of opportunities yet sometimes it feels difficult to enter. It is a place where our intuitive sparks are free to move and create and where our energy fluidly intersects with the rest of the world. When we allow ourselves to fall in to play our bodies and our spirits move together in a way that is unique and healing. Play opens up new avenues for learning and understanding that are gentle, uplifting, and experiential. As children, we all play instinctively but as we become adults our relationship to play changes and may come with pressure to perform or an expectation to be more serious.

The Power of Play is the fifth installment in our Creative Transformation Series. Through ten different journeys of psychic exploration, healing and growth, we will lead ourselves to a deeper and more enlivened embodiment of our creative power and purpose. In this two-hour class, using the magnetism of our heart’s compass, we will explore the landscape of play.  We will release the judgement and restriction that has built up in our space and we will realign ourselves with our own natural sense of playfulness and delight. We will learn how to re-imagine failure as an essential element in the process of play and by connecting our creative channels to our space of play we will learn new ways to solve problems and create solutions for ourselves. We will ground our playgrounds and raise them up to gold so that we can experience affinity, healing, and growth.
