Maintaining freedom means being your true self, not someone else’s portrayal of what you should be. When you fall for someone, it’s easy to get caught up trying to prioritize their happiness. But while it may be important to keep each other happy in a relationship, it’s more important to stay involved in remembering the other areas in our own lives that keep us whole. To lose and let go of these fundamental parts of life for a relationship may lead to becoming too dependent on the person you’re dating.
Maintaining Freedom is the ninth installment in our ten part Relationship Series Workshops. This two-hour class begins by going into a clairvoyant meditation, looking at how, when, and why we may have lost ourselves while in relationship with others. With this awareness, we can begin the process of releasing the patterns and blowing the pictures that causes us to compromise our identity. This workshop will conclude with techniques that will allow you to maintain your freedom by expanding your awareness of your space and tools to help you get back in alignment with your true self before losing yourself to others.
