Auto-Hypnosis

Automatic Writing or Psychography is a form of writing without being consciously aware. It is considered by some to be a form of channeling from external sources. Others view it as messages from the subconscious while in a state of auto-hypnosis. There are many examples of channeled books authored using automatic writing. Whether it is valid or not, using this method of ‘tuning in’ allows you to play with their intuition and develop greater psychic awareness.
