Telekinesis; Mind Over Matter
Not just a spoon-bending mind trick
Telekinesis is a psychic superpower that enables a person to move objects with their mind. It is the ability to influence physical systems. It is also defined as the human power of ‘mind over matter’. In 1890, a Russian scientist by the name of Alexander Nikolayvich Aksakov observed this phenomenon. Psychokinesis is another word used for this ability. This term was used interchangeably after several instances of fraudulent claims in the late 19th century that soured public opinion on the research and cut off funding.
Telekinesis
Telekinesis is the ability to move matter through mental activity. Physical energy is created by energetic or electromagnetic impulses. It harnesses Universal life force energy, or psychic energy, also called Chi or Kundalini. In telekinesis one taps into the life force energy then combines it with physical energy.
This paranormal ability includes moving an object from one place to another, spinning, shaking, vibrating and even breaking. It is possible that through the movement of particles in an object, a person who practices telekinesis may be able to heat and cool objects. It also includes the ability to teleport, affect magnetism, control light particles as well as shape-shift, and even heal those who are ill or injured by repairing damaged tissues. It does not involve the effort of thoughts, rather influencing matter using psychic energy.
Telekinesis has been considered in popular culture and science. Recent publications discuss that there is convincing evidence that it exists due to the theory of Quantum Superimposition. Experiments within the past 100 years have proven that individual particles exist in several places at the same time. This ability has a presence in the imagination as it is widely represented in stories, comics, T.V., film, and video games.
The Shepherds Tap or Quantum Tap
A way to understand the mechanics of telekinesis is to consider the basics of Quantum Field Theory. ‘The Shepherd’s Tap’, also known as the ‘Quantum Tap’ is the multiple states of an electron that occur when generating a mental electrical field. When an electrical field (originating from your mind) interacts with electrons it causes them to exist in multiple locations. The analogy of the shepherd is when you consider a shepherd gathering up his sheep at night. He rounds them up with the help of his dog. If the sheep are like the quantum states of an electron, the shepherd wouldn’t have to round up his sheep at all, rather tap one of the sheep and faster than the speed of light, they would disappear, existing as one.
Your thoughts literally have power; multiple iterations of a particle can collapse or fold into the one occupying a particular time and space. That ‘space’ can be inside your brain, somewhere in the room you’re sitting in, or 14 billion light-years away on another side of the universe. There is no difference between here or there, near or far, today or tomorrow. They are all equal and exist at once. If particles can exist both everywhere and nowhere simultaneously, then some of ‘you’ exist both within and without on the opposite side of the universe.

Telekinesis and Clairvoyant Reading and Healing
It is believed that telekinesis can be developed with practice. In a clairvoyant sense, this ability is used in reading and energy healing. Telekinesis or Psychokinesis is about the movement of energy from a faster, higher moving frequency to the physical realm. In that respect, it is similar to the healing or energy work practiced by many healers today.
Given the science and first- hand observations and accounts of telekinesis, perhaps the phrase ‘Mind on matter’ or ‘Mind is matter’ may be more accurate. You truly are what you think.
